Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition) dengan media podcast kanal YouTube Ivandhana terhadap keterampilan menulis teks ulasan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Jakarta. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan desain penelitian model pretest-posttest control group desain. Pada kelas eksperimen, hasil uji normalitas sampel pretest diperoleh Lo = 0,1188 < Ltabel = 0,1618 dan hasil uji normalitas sampel posttest diperoleh Lo = 0,1546 < Ltabel = 0,1618 dengan taraf signifikasi α = 0,05, maka data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji homogenitas (Uji Fisher) kelompok pretest kelas eksperimen dan kontrol diperoleh Fhitung = 2,501 dan Ftabel = 4,195 dengan taraf signifikasi α = 0,05, maka data memiliki varians homogen. Hasil uji homogenitas kelompok posttest kelas eksperimen dan kontrol diperoleh Fhitung = 1,994 dan Ftabel = 4,195 dengan taraf signifikasi α = 0,05, maka data juga dapat dinyatakan homogen. Hasil analisis data dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung = 5,818 dan ttabel = 2,048 dengan taraf signifikasi α = 0,05. Dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Model pembelajaran AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition) dan media podcast kanal YouTube Ivandhana dapat diimplikasikan pada kompetensi dasar 3.8 dan 4.8 untuk materi pembelajaran teks tanggapan. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition), media podcast kanal YouTube Ivandhana, teks ulasan. ********* ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the AIR (Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition) learning model with the YouTube channel Ivandhana podcast on the writing skills of review texts in class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Jakarta. This research technique uses random sampling technique using experimental methods and research design models pretest posttest control group design. In the experimental class, the results of the normality test of the pretest sample obtained Lo = 0.1188 < Ltable = 0.1618 and the results of the posttest sample normality test obtained Lo = 0.1546 < Ltable = 0.1618 with a significance level of = 0.05, then the data stated to be normally distributed. The results of the homogeneity test (Fisher's test) of theexperimental and control group pretest obtained Fcount = 2.501 and Ftable = 4.195 with a significance level of = 0.05, then the data has a homogeneous variance. The results of the homogeneity test of the experimental and control groups obtained Fcount = 1.994 and Ftable = 4.195 with a significance level of = 0.05, then the data can also be declared homogeneous. The results of data analysis with t-test obtained tcount = 5.818 and ttable = 2.048 with a significance level of = 0.05. It can be stated that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The AIR (Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition) learning model and Ivandhana's YouTube channel podcast media can be implicated in basic competencies 3.8 and 4.8 for response text learning materials.
