Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan struktur pembangun cerita dalam novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan karya Andina Dwifatma dengan menggunakan analisis teori struktural, (2) memaknai citra perempuan yang dalam novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan karya Andina Dwifatma, dan (3) memaknai perlawanan simbolis terhadap hegemoni patriarki dalam novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan karya Andina Dwifatma. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif analisis. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, peneliti melakukan analisis struktural terhadap unsur pembangun teks pada tema, tokoh dan penokohan, dan latar. Kemudian menganalisis citra perempuan yang meliputi citra diri dan citra sosial perempuan dengan memanfaatkan konsep citra perempuan dengan menggunakan kritik sastra feminisme, dan menganalisis perlawanan simbolis terhadap hegemoni patriarki yang meliputi perlawanan ranah privat dan perlawanan ranah publik dengan memanfaatkan hegemoni patriarki dengan menggunakan kritik sastra feminisme. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra perempuan yang tergambar di dalam novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan karya Andina Dwifatma berkaitan dengan perlawanan simbolis terhadap hegemoni patriaki. This research aims to (1) describe the story-building structure in the novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan by Andina Dwifatma using structural theory analysis, (2) interpret the image of women in the novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan by Andina Dwifatma, and (3) interpret the symbolic resistance to patriarchal hegemony in the novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan by Andina Dwifatma. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis technique. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher conducted a structural analysis of the text, focusing on the building blocks of theme, character and characterization, and setting. Then we analyzed the image of women, which includes self-image and social image, by utilizing the concept of women's image using feminism literary criticism, and we analyzed symbolic resistance to patriarchal hegemony, which includes private sphere resistance and public sphere resistance, by utilizing patriarchal hegemony using feminism literary criticism. The results of this study show that the image of women depicted in the novel Lebih Senyap dari Bisikan by Andina Dwifatma is related to symbolic resistance to patriarchal hegemony
