Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh metode karya wisata melalui kunjungan museum terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran sejarah di SMAN 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan peneliti harus membagi subjek yang diteliti menjadi dua kelompok yaitu group eksperiment (yang memperoleh perlakuan) dan group control (yang tidak memperoleh perlakuan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu populasi target dan populasi terjangkau yang mana populasi target adalah seluruh kelas di SMAN 51 Jakarta dan populasi terjangkau adalah seluruh kelas XI IPS di SMAN 51 Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling yang kemudian dilakukan pengundian dan mendapatkan hasil kelas XI IPS 2 sebanyak 36 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 3 sebanyak 36 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket sebanyak 29 butir pertanyaan yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dengan rumus r product moment. Dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t independent sample t-test yang diperoleh dari aplikasi SPSS versi 25 mendapatan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,048 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara metode karya wisata melalui kunjungan museum terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 51 Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Metode Karya Wisata, Motivasi Belajar, Sejarah In this study, the researcher wanted to prove whether there was an effect of the field trip method through museum visits on students' learning motivation in history subjects at SMAN 51 Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with experimental methods and researchers had to divide the subjects under study into two groups, namely the experimental group (those who received treatment) and the control group (those who did not receive treatment). The population in this study is divided into 2, namely the target population and the reachable population where the target population is all classes at SMAN 51 Jakarta and the reachable population is all XI IPS classes at SMAN 51 Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling which was then carried out by drawing and obtaining the results of class XI IPS 2 as many as 36 students as the experimental group and class XI IPS 3 as many as 36 students as the control group. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of 29 questions that had been tested for validity using the r product moment formula. By testing the hypothesis using the independent sample t-test obtained from the SPSS version 25 application, the results obtained a significance value of 0.048 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence between the field trip method through museum visits on student learning motivation at SMAN 51 Jakarta.
