Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan keterampilan. Tendangan samping pencak silat usia pelajar sma sesuai dengan rancangan model latihan yang dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) subjek pada penelitian adalah anggota pancak silat merpati putih KOLAT SMAN 82 Jakarta, pada penelitian ini, peneliti bekerja sama dengan 3 ahli dalam bidang olahraga pancak silat. Uji Validitas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli. Berdasarkan uji validasi dari 19 item model latihan keterampilan tendangan samping pancak silat didapat 16 model latihan tendangan samping yang valid berdasarkan uji justifikasi ahlli. This study aims to develop a skills training model. The side kicks of high school age pencak silat are in accordance with the design of the developed training model. The method used in this research is the research and development method. The subjects in the study were members of the white dove silat pancake KOLAT SMAN 82 Jakarta, in this study, researchers worked with 3 experts in the field of silat pancake sports. The validity test used in this research is to use the expert justification test. Based on the validation test of 19 items of the silat pancake side kick training model obtained 16 valid side kick training models based on expert justification test.
