Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan full-day school dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School kabupaten Tangerang yang dirinci kembali menjadi tiga bagian kegiatan kurikuler yaitu intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School merupakan sekolah dengan nuansa islam yang sangat mementingkan akhlak dan menerapkan full-day school sebagai konsep pendidikannya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori hari sekolah (Kemendikbud), konsep full-day school dan pembinaan akhlak (Abuddin Nata dan Hery Noer Aly). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan secara detail dan sesuai dengan temuan di lapangan mengenai pelaksanaan full-day school dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan full-day school dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler, nilai-nilai akhlak diintegrasikan dalam setiap mata pelajaran pada muatan nasional dan muatan lokal melalui pembelajaran. Upaya pengintegrasian nilai-nilai akhlak dapat dilihat dari kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. Dalam kegiatan kokurikuler meliputi pertama, program ciri khas melalui kegiatan penyambutan pagi, sholat dhuha, sholat hajat, tadarus Al-Qur’an, dzikir dan doa bersama, asmaul husna, sholat dzuhur dan ashar berjamaah, dan hafalan. Kedua pembinaan akhlak oleh wali kelas melalui pemberian materi oleh wali kelas, literasi, dan kultum. Ketiga, kegiatan ramadhan melalui pelaksanaan SIRPI dan mabit. Kemudian dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi ekstrakurikuler wajib dan ekstrakurikuler pilihan. Dalam pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler tidak terlepas dari nilai-nilai akhlak yang diintegrasikan melalui setiap aktivitas masing-masing ekstrakurikuler. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of full-day school in student moral development at SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School, Tangerang which is redetailed into three parts of curricular activities namely intra-curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular. SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School is an Islamic style school that attaches great importance to morals and implements full day school as its educational concept. The theory used in this study is the theory of the school period (Kemendikbud), the concept of full day school and moral development (Abuddin Nata and Hery Noer Aly). The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach that describes in detail and is in accordance with the findings in the field regarding the Implementation of Full-Day School in Student Moral Development at SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School. The data collection technique is by using observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study are that the implementation of full-day school in Student Moral Development at SMA Plus Permata Insani Islamic School is carried out through intracurricular, cocurricular and extracurricular activities. In intracurricular activities, moral values are integrated into each subject in national content and local content through learning. Efforts to integrate moral values can be seen from the initial activities, core activities, and closing activities. In cocurricular activities, the first includes ciri khas programs through morning welcoming activities, dhuha prayers, hajat prayers, reciting Al-Qur’an, dzikir and prayers, asmaul husna, dzuhur and asr prayers in congregation and memorization Qur’an. Second, moral development by the homeroom teacher through the provision of material by the homeroom teacher, literacy and kultum. Third, Ramadan activities through the implementation of SIRPI and mabit. Then in extracurricular activities include compulsory extracurricular and elective extracurriculars. The implementation of extracurricular activities cannot be separated from the moral values that are integrated through every extracurricular activity.
