Abstract

Pandemi yang terjadi saat penelitian dilakukan memaksa berbagai kegiatan di sekolah dilaksanakan secara daring. Begitu pula dengan kegiatan pelaksanaan pemilihan ketua OSIS turut dilaksanakan secara daring. Namun ke depannya bentuk pemilihan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi disadari telah memberi manfaat sehingga akan tetap digunakan. SMKN 65 Jakarta merupakan salah satu sekolah tingkat menengah yang sudah melakukan voting secara online pada pemilihan ketua OSIS di tahun 2021 dan 2022 dengan menggunakan platform Google Formulir dan Zoom Meeting. Penggunaan media Google Formulir dinilai kurang efektif karena memiliki beberapa kelemahan dalam autentikasi dan enkripsi data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan aplikasi E-Voting berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk pemungutan suara dan perhitungan suara secara efektif dan efisien pada pemilihan ketua OSIS Di SMKN 65 Jakarta. Hasil dari pengembangan berupa prototype aplikasi E-Voting berbasis web menggunakan Framework Laravel dengan metode Iterative Waterfall yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian Alpha Testing dengan metode Black Box Testing dan Beta Testing dengan metode User Acceptance Testing. Hasil dari Alpha Testing mencapai 100% kesesuaian secara keseluruhan. Sedangkan pada Beta Testing menghasilkan persentase sebesar 81,94% dengan kategori Sangat Baik. ***** The pandemic that occurs when research is done forces various activities in schools to be carried out online. Similarly, with the activities of the presidential election, OSIS is also conducted online. But in the future, the form of election with the help of information technology is realized has been beneficial so that it will remain used. SMKN 65 Jakarta is one of the secondary schools that has already voted online at the OSIS presidential election in 2021 and 2022 using the Google Forms and Zoom Meeting platform. The aim of this research is to produce a web-based E-Voting application that can be used for voting and counting votes effectively and efficiently on the election of the OSIS chairman at SMKN 65 Jakarta. The results of the development of a web-based E-Voting application prototype using the Laravel Framework with the Iterative Waterfall method followed by Alpha Testing with the Black Box Testing method and Beta Testing using the User Acceptance Testing method. The results from Alpha testing achieved 100% overall compliance. Meanwhile, Beta Testing produces a proportion of 81.94% in the Very Good category.
