Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode pembelian tiket offline berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, apakah tiket online berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dan apakah kedua metode pembelian tiket offline dan tiket online berpengaruh terhadap kulitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT PELNI (Persero) Cabang Tanjung Priok yang berlokasi di kota Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh penumpang kapal PT PELNI (Persero) yang ingin pergi ke tujuan daerahnya masing-masing. Penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus sampel slovin. Berdasarkan penelitian, maka diperoleh hasil nilai signifikansi pengaruh X1 terhadap Y adalah 0,111 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 1.651 < t Tabel 2.056. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak. Artinya, tidak ada pengaruh X1 dengan Y. Nilai signifikansi pengaruh X2 terhadap Y adalah 0.002 < 0.05 yang diketahui berarti nilai t hitung 3.458 > 2.056, maka H2 diterima yang artinya variabel X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y. Pada hipotesis ketiga, nilai signifikansi pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 22.946 > F Tabel 3.35, sehingga H3 dapat disimpulkan diterima. Terdapat pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y. Berdasasrkan output yang diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0.638 hal ini memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 63.8%. ***** This study aims to determine whether the offline ticket purchase method affects service quality, whether online tickets affect service quality, and whether both offline ticket purchase methods and online tickets affect service quality. This research was conducted at PT PELNI (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch located in the city of Jakarta. The population in this study is the total number of passengers on the PT PELNI (Persero) ship who want to go to their respective regional destinations. Determination of the sample of this study using the slovin sample formula. Based on the research, the results obtained that the significance value of X1's influence on Y is 0.111 > 0.05 and the t arithmetic value is 1.651 < t Table 2.056. So, it can be concluded that H1 is rejected. That is, there is no effect of X1 with Y. The significance value of X2's influence on Y is 0.002 <0.05 which is known to mean the t-count value is 3.458 > 2.056, then H2 is accepted which means that the X2 variable has an effect on Y. In the third hypothesis, the significance value of X1's influence and X2 to Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 22,946 > F Table 3.35, so that H3 can be concluded to be accepted. There is an effect of X1 and X2 on Y. Based on the known output, the value of R Square is 0.638, this means that the effect of X1 and X2 together on Y is 63.8%.
