Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring Dan Media Online Terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Yang Dimediasi Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) bulan dimulai dari bulan Desember 2022 hingga Februari 2023. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 181 responden siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri di Jakarta Selatan. Data pada variabel Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring, Media Online, Motivasi Belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik acak proposional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan analisis (SEM). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pertama yaitu pengukuran outer model yang terdiri dari convergent validity dengan hasil outer loading factor >0.7. Nilai composite reability >0.6. Nilai AVE>0.5. Kedua pengukuran inner model dengan path coefficients yang terdiri dari R2 untuk Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar(Y) sebesar 0,118 dan t-statistik sebesar 1,697>1,69 dengan p-value 0,045<0,05.Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring(X1) secara positif berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Belajar(Z)sebesar 0,352 dan t-statistik sebesar 3,766>1,69 dengan p-value 0,000<0,05. Media Online (X2) secara positif berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring(X1) sebesar 0,483 dan t�statistik sebesar 7,064.>1,69 dan p-value 0,000 <0,05. Media Online secara positif berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Belajar sebesar 0,294 dan t-statistik sebesar 4,657 >1,69 dan p-value 0,000 <0,05. Media Online secara positif berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Belajar sebesar 0,389 dan t-statistik sebesar 4,276 >1,69 dan p-value 0,000 <0,05.Motivasi Belajar secara positif berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Belajar sebesar 0,558 dan t-statistik sebesar 8,598 >1,69 dan p-value 0,000<0,05. Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring secara tidak langsung melalui variabel Motivasi Belajar sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,743>1,69 dan P-value sebesar 0,000<0,05. Media Online secara tidak langsung melalui variabel Motivasi Belajar sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,507>1,69 dan P-value 0,000<0,05. *** This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning and online media on learning independence mediated by the learning motivation of Class XI students at SMA Negeri in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from December 2022 to February 2023. The research method is quantitative descriptive. The sample used in this study amounted to 181 respondents from class XI SMA Negeri in South Jakarta. Data on the variables of Effectiveness of Online Learning (X1), Online Media (X2), Learning Motivation (Z) and Learning Independence (Y) are primary data using a Likert scale. The data collection technique uses a proportional random technique. Data analysis technique used SmartPLS version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) software with analysis (SEM). The data analysis technique used first is the measurement of the outer model which consists of convergent validity with the result of an outer loading factor >0.7. Composite reliability value >0.6. AVE value >0.5. The two inner model measurements with path coefficients consisting of R2 the Effectiveness of Online Learning (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Independent Learning (Y) of 0.118 and t-statistics of 1.697>1.69 with a p- value of 0.045 <0.05. Effectiveness of Online Learning (X1) has a positive effect on Learning Motivation (Z) of 0.352 and the t-statistic is 3.766>1.69 with a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Online Media (X2) has a positive effect on Effectiveness of Online Learning (X1) of 0.483 and a statistic of 7.064 >1.69 and p-value 0.000<0.05. Online Media (X2) has a positive effect on Learning Independence (Y) of 0.294 and a statistic of 4.657>1.69 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. The Online Media variable (X2) has a positive effect on Learning Motivation (Z) of 0.389 and a statistic of 4.276>1.69 and a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Learning Motivation (Z) positively influences Learning Independence (Y) by 0.558 and the t-statistic is 8.598 >1.69 and the p-value is 0.000 <0.05. Effectiveness of Online Learning (X1) indirectly through the Learning Motivation variable (Z) as an intervening variable has a significant effect on Learning Independence (Y) with a t- statistic value of 3.743>1.69 and a P-value of 0.000 <0.05. The Online Media (X2) indirectly through the variable Learning Motivation (Z) as an intervening variable has a significant effect on Learning Independence (Y) with a t-statistic value of 3.507>1.69 and a P-value of 0.000 <0.05.
