Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terhadap pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan antara adversity quotient terhadap kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja, konsep diri terhadap kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja, serta adversity quotient dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer melalui metode pengumpulan data survei dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 871 dengan jumlah 274 sampel yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis yang dihitung menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara adversity quotient dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja; (2) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja; (3) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara adversity quotient dan konsep diri terhadap kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja. *** This study aims to determine whether there is a negative and significant effect of the adversity quotient on anxiety in facing the world of work, self-concept towards anxiety in facing the world of work, as well as adversity quotient and self-concept together with anxiety in facing the world of work. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data obtained is in the form of primary data through a survey data collection method with a purposive random sampling technique. The population used in this study was 871 with a total of 274 samples calculated according to the Slovin formula. The analytical techniques used in this study were analysis requirements test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing which were calculated using SPSS 23. The results showed that: (1) There is a negative and significant influence between adversity quotient and anxiety in facing the world of work; (2) There is a negative and significant influence between self-concept and anxiety in facing the world of work; (3) There is a negative and significant influence between adversity quotient and self-concept on anxiety in facing the world of work.
