Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk video pembelajaran yang berisi penerapan 6 komponen keterampilan mengelola kelas pada mata kuliah Kompetensi Pembelajaran pada program studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model Four-D (4D). Model 4D terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penilaian kelayakan produk melalui validasi ahli materi dan ahli media serta penilaian produk oleh mahasiswa yaitu kuesioner. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan rumus rata-rata dan menggunakan validasi isi rumus Gregory untuk mengetahui relevansi isi instrumen dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penilaian produk video pembelajaran sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil validasi produk video pembelajaran oleh ahli materi yaitu 3,68 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak, 2) Hasil validasi produk video pembelajaran oleh ahli media yaitu 3,95 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, dan 3) Hasil penilaian produk oleh mahasiswa yaitu 3,53 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat bagus. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa video pembelajaran peer teaching seri dasar keterampilan mengajar dengan tema mengelola kelas sangat layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Kompetensi Pembelajaran. ***** This research aims to develop instructional media in the form of instructional videos which contain the application of the six components of classroom management skills in the Learning Competence course in the Building Engineering Education study program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University. The research method used is the Research and Development (RnD) method with the Four-D (4D) model. The 4D model consists of 4 stages, define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research instrument used to collect product feasibility assessment data through the validation of material and media experts as well as product evaluation by students is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the average formula and content validation using the Gregory formula to determine the relevance of the contents of the instrument to the research objectives. Based on the analysis carried out, the results of the evaluation of learning video products are as follows: 1) The results of validating learning video products by material experts are 3,68 which are included in the very feasible category, 2) The results of validating learning video products by media experts are 3,95 which is included in the very decent category, and 3) The product assessment results by students are 3.53 which are included in the very good category. Thus it can be concluded that the peer teaching learning video series on basic teaching skills with the theme of managing a class is very feasible and can be used as a learning medium in Learning Competencies courses.
