Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap inovasi produk. Adapun tiga variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas dan inovasi produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel yaitu sample jenuh. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan skala likert dan semantic differential. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari 200 sampel mahasiswa yang mengikuti Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Selain itu metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) pada Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap inovasi produk, kreativitas secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap inovasi produk, pendidikan kewirausahaan secara signifikan bepengaruh langsung terhadap kreativitas, serta pendidikan kewirausahaan secara signifikan bepengaruh terhadap inovasi produk melalui kreativitas. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan inovasi produk dengan meningkatkan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas pada Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. There are three variables used in this research, namely entrepreneurship education, creativity and product innovation. This research was conducted at Jakarta State University. The technique of determining the sample is saturated sample. Quantitative research method with Likert scale and semantic differential. This study used primary data obtained from 200 student samples who took part in the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) at Jakarta State University. In addition, the analytical method used in this study uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method on Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results in this study are that entrepreneurship education has a significant direct effect on product innovation, creativity has a significant direct effect on product innovation, entrepreneurship education has a significant direct effect on creativity, and entrepreneurship education has a significant direct effect on product innovation through creativity. The findings of this study provide insight into increasing product innovation by increasing entrepreneurship and creativity education in the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) at Jakarta State University.
