Abstract

Penelitian evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peserta didik melakukan karakter jujur, disiplin dan kompetitif, seberapa besar peserta didik menunjukan karakter berbudaya Indonesia, seberapa besar peserta didik memiliki sikap mental paripurna dan fisik yang kuat, seberapa besar peserta didik menunjukkan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila. Evaluasi program yang dilakukan menggunakan model goal oriented karena berfokus pada tujuan yang akan dicapai. Data evaluasi diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Data tersebut dianalisa berdasarkan tujuan program budaya kerja berbasis profil pelajar Pancasila. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa tujuan program budaya kerja berbasis profil pelajar Pancasila di SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 Bekasi sebagai berikut: (1) Seberapa besar peserta didik melakukan karakter jujur, disiplin, dan kompetitif diperoleh rata-rata nilai 80,78%. Dari hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik sudah melakukan karakter jujur, disiplin dan kompetitif; (2) Seberapa besar peserta didik menunjukkan karakter berbudaya Indonesia diperoleh nilai rata-rata 68,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik masih kurang dalam melakukan karakter berbudaya Indonesia; (3) Seberapa besar peserta didik memiliki sikap mental paripurna dan fisik yang kuat diperoleh nilai rata-rata 68,75%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik kurang memiliki sikap mental paripurna dan fisik yang kuat; (4) Sebagian besar peserta didik menunjukkan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila diperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,57%. Hal ini menunjukkan rata-rata peserta didik sudah menunjukkan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila. Rekomendasi dari hasil evaluasi yaitu program budaya kerja di SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 dapat dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan agar dapat diimplementasikan lebih baik sehingga dapat berbagi praktik baik kepada sekolah lainnya. Kata Kunci: budaya kerja, karakter, profil pelajar Pancasila, model evaluasi program goal-oriented, sekolah menengah kejuruan ABSTRACT This evaluation research aims to find out how much the students exhibit honest, disciplined and competitive characters, how much the students show Indonesian cultured characters, how much the students have a complete mental and physical attitude that is strong, how much the students show the character profile of Pancasila students. Program evaluation is carried out using a goal-oriented model because it focuses on the goals to be achieved. Evaluation data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and document study. The data is analyzed based on the objectives of the work culture program based on Pancasila student profiles. The results of the evaluation show that the objectives of the work culture program based on Pancasila student profiles at SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 Bekasi are as follows: (1) To what extent do students carry out honest, disciplined, and competitive characters, an average score of 80.78 is obtained. From the results it can be concluded that most students have carried out honest, disciplined and competitive characters; (2) How much do students show Indonesian cultured character, the average value is 68.5%. This shows that students are still lacking in carrying out Indonesian cultural characters; (3) How much do students have a complete mental and physical attitude that is strong, the average value is 68.75%. This shows that students lack a complete mental and physical attitude; (4) Most of the students showed the profile character of Pancasila students with an average score of 76.57%. This shows that the average student has shown the character of the Pancasila student profile. The recommendation from the evaluation results is that the work culture program at SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 can be continued with improvements so that it can be implemented better so that good practices can be shared with other schools.
