Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Desain Mata Pelatihan Analisa Konflik pada Mediasi bagi asisten Ombudsman RI sesuai sistem tata kerja dan tata nilai di Ombudsman serta meningkatkan kemampuan pengawasan pelayanan publik. proses pengembangan desain pelatihan ini akan menggunakan model pengembangan instruksional yang dikembangkan oleh Prof. Dr. M. Atwi Suparman, M.Sc pada tahun 2004. Berdasarkan kajian mendalam yang telah dilakukan pada beberapa aspek, peneliti memutuskan untuk membuat desain mata pelatihan Analisa Konflik dengan menggunakan Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI). Desan pelatihan yang dihasilkan berisikan 3 subkompetensi setelah melalui tahapan re-analisis instruksional. Hasil akhir penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaksanaan mata pelatihan pelatihan mediasi lainnya yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Ombudsman Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan karakter mediasi Ombudsman Republik Indonesia dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengawasan pelayanan publik dan menjadikan Ombudsman yang profesional. desain pelatihan mediasi ini meliputi ahli materi dan ahli desain instruksional. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan dari ahli materi dan ahli desain pembelajaran, dapat dinyatakan bahwa desain mata pelatihan analisa konflik mediasi memiliki kualitas sangat baik dengan skor 4.33 oleh ahli materi dan 3.72 oleh ahli desain pembelajaran dan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan rancangan yang dapat meningkatkatkan kompetensi Asisten Ombudsman RI. ***** This research aims to produce a Training Design for Conflict Analysis in Mediation for the assistants of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with the working system and values at the Ombudsman, as well as to enhance the capability of public service supervision. The process of developing this training design will utilize the Instructional Development Model (IDM) developed by Prof. Dr. M. Atwi Suparman, M.Sc in 2004. Based on an in-depth study conducted on various aspects, the researchers have decided to create the Training Design for Conflict Analysis using the Instructional Development Model (IDM). The resulting training curriculum will consist of 3 sub-competencies, which have gone through a re-analysis instructional phase. The ultimate goal of this research is to serve as a reference for the implementation of other mediation training programs by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. This will ensure that the character of mediation at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia is maintained while improving the capability of public service supervision and promoting a more professional Ombudsman.The design of this mediation training will involve subject matter experts and instructional design experts. Overall, based on the assessments provided by both the subject matter experts and instructional design experts, it can be stated that the Training Design for Conflict Analysis in Mediation has an excellent quality, receiving a score of 4.33 from the subject matter experts and 3.72 from the instructional design experts. This design can be used as a reference blueprint to enhance the competencies of the assistants of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
