Abstract

Studi ini meneliti pengaruh iklim organisasi, dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi New Equipment Business (NEB) di PT. KONE Indo Elevator, Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel berjumlah 110 responden. Penelitian menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang dijalankan melalui perangkat lunak Smart PLS Versi 3.2.8 dalam melihat pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, dan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB. Selain itu keterlibatan karyawan juga mempengaruhi OCB melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Sedangkan iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung baik terhadap motivasi maupun OCB. Iklim organisasi juga tidak mempengaruhi OCB melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Kata kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Keterikatan Karyawan, Motivasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) The study examines the effect of organizational climate, and employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with motivation as intervening variable. The unit of analysis in this study is employees at New Equipment Business (NEB) division, PT. KONE Indo Elevator, Jakarta. The research approach is a quantitative approach through the method of data collection using questionnaires. The sample was totally 110 respondents. Research using analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) that run through Smart PLS Version 3.2.8 software in seeing the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. From the results of the study note that employee engagement has a positive effect on motivation, and also a positive effect on OCB. Besides that employee engagement influences OCB through motivation as an intervening variable. While the organizational climate has no effect, both on motivation and OCB. The organizational climate also does not affect OCB through motivation as an intervening variable.
