Abstract
PT. Tangguh Samudera Jaya perusahaan yang bergerak pada perusahaan bongkar muat di terminal operasi 3 pelindo Tanjung Priuk, perusahaan ini bersifat pelayanan bongkar muat petikemas dosmestik dan internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja stevedoring dan sandar kapal MV. Spirit of Cape Town untuk mengetahui hasil realisasi kinerja selama 3 bulan observasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara studi wawancara, studi literasi dan beberapa dokumen pendukung analisis. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan analisis hasil kinerja Box Crane per Hour (BCH) pada alat Quay Container Crane (QCC) dan Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC) dan menganalisis hasil kinerja waktu sandar kapal seperti Berthing Time (BT), Not Operation Time (NOT), Idle Time (IT), Effective Time (ET) dan perbandingan rasio ET:BT berdasarkan acuan standar kinerja yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil rata-rata yang didapatkan pada box crane per hour alat harbour mobile crane sebesar 18 BCH dan rata -rata untuk alat quay container crane sebesar 20 BCH. Hasil rata-rata yang didapat pada rasio ET:BT sebesar 43,45% selama 3 bulan analisis atau 6 kali kedatangan kapal. ***** PT. Tangguh Samudera Jaya is a company engaged in loading and discharging at the Pelindo 3 Tanjung Priuk operating terminal, this company is a loading and discharging service for domestic and international containers. This study aims to analysis the loading and discharging performance and berthing time MV. Spirit of Cape Town to finding out the result of the realization of performance during 3 mounts of observation. The method used in the preparation of this final project is qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted through interview studies, literacy studies, and several supporting documents to be analyzed. In this study, the authours analyzed the results of Box Crane per Hour (BCH) performance on Quay Container Crane (QCC) and Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC) as well as analyzed the results of the Bething Time (BT), Not Operation Time (NOT), Idle Time (IT), Effective Time (ET), and ET:BT ratio comparasion based on predetermined performance standards. The average results obtained for the box crane per hour for the harbor mobile crane are 18 BCH and the average for the quay container crane is 20 BCH. The average result obtained on the ET:BT ratio is 43.45% for 3 months of analysis or 6 ship arrivals.
