Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Niat untuk Bertahan di Industri Ritel Jakarta. Untuk pengukuran instrumen penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling sebagai pengukuran populasi pada karyawan industri ritel minimal usia 18 tahun di Jakarta. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Software SPSS versi 26 pendekatan pur-posive sampling sebanyak 110 responden. Hasil pada penelitian ini menun-jukan, (1) Ada korelasi positif dan signifikan antara Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Intention to Stay, (2) Selain itu ditemukan korelasi positif dan signifikan antara Job Satisfaction terhadap Intention To Stay, (3) Hubungan positif dan signifikan ditemukan antara Organizational Commitment terhadap Intention To Stay. Kata Kunci: Perceived organizational suppot, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, intention to stay. *** The aim of this research was to assess the impact of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to stay in the Jakarta retail industry. For the measurement of this research instrument, using quantitative methods, with a Likert scale. This study uses a purposive sampling approach as a population measurement on retail industry employees of at least 18 years of age in Jakarta. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS software version 26 purposive sampling approach as many as 110 respondents. The results in this study show, (1) A significant and positive correlation exists between Perceived Organizational Support and the intention to remain in the organization. (2) A significant and positive correlation is observed between Job Satisfaction and the intention to stay with the current employment. (3) A significant and positive correlation is evident between Organizational Commitment and the intention to continue employment within the organization.
