Abstract

Fenomena perkembangan media sosial memunculkan para Youtuber, Selebgram, Tiktoker dan lain-lain. Mereka memiliki tim yang membuat konten video. Untuk menghasilkan video yang baik, inovatif, dan menarik diperlukan kreativitas videografi. Kreativitas videografi dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel, Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan sosial, dan kecerdasan ddversitas terhadap kreativitas videografi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Wilayah Jakarta Timur dan Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK program keahlian teknik penyiaran televisi dan multimedia (DKV) yang berada di wilayah Jakarta Timur dan Kota Bekasi yang berjumlah 384 siswa. Sampel diambil secara acak sebanyak 242 siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan sosial, adversitas dan kreativitas videografi yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung terhadap kecedasan sosial; 2) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung terhadap kecerdasan adversitas; 3) Kecerdasan sosial berpengaruh langsung terhadap kecerdasan adversitas; 4) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kecerdasan adversitas melalui kecerdasan sosial; 5) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung terhadap kreativitas videografi; 6) Kecerdasan sosial tidak lagi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kreativitas videografi apabila pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan adversitas sudah diperhitungkan; 7) Kecerdasan adversitas berpengaruh langsung terhadap kreativitas videografi; 8) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kreativitas videografi melalui kecerdasan adversitas; 9) kecerdasan sosial berpengaruh langsung terhadap kreativitas videografi melalui kecerdasan adversitas. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Sosial, Kecerdasan Adversitas, Kreativitas videografi Abstract The phenomenon of the development of social media gave rise to YouTubers, Selebgrams, Tiktokers, and others. They have a team that creates video content. Producing good, innovative, and interesting videos requires videographic creativity. Videographic creativity can be influenced by several variables. This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and diversity intelligence on the video graphics creativity of Vocational High School (SMK) students in East Jakarta and Bekasi City. This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population of this study was all vocational students in the television broadcasting and multimedia engineering (DKV) program in East Jakarta and Bekasi City, totaling 384 students. Samples were taken randomly from as many as 242 students. The research data was obtained using instruments of emotional intelligence, social intelligence, adversity, and video graphics creativity which had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study show that: 1) Emotional intelligence has a direct effect on social intelligence; 2) Emotional intelligence has a direct effect on adversity intelligence; 3) Social intelligence has a direct effect on adversity intelligence; 4) Emotional intelligence has an indirect effect on adversity intelligence through social intelligence; 5) Emotional intelligence has a direct effect on video graphics creativity; 6) Social intelligence no longer has a direct effect on video graphics creativity if the influence of emotional intelligence and adversity intelligence has been taken into account; 7) Adversity intelligence has a direct effect on video graphics creativity; 8) Emotional intelligence has an indirect effect on video graphics creativity through adversity intelligence; 9) social intelligence has a direct effect on video graphics creativity through adversity intelligence.
