Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Menggunakan Teknik Roleplaying Terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Peserta Didik SMK Negeri 26 di Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta sebanyak 10 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling bertujuan. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kepercayaan diri dengan tingkat reliabilitas sebesar 0,72. Perlakuan berupa bimbingan kelompok diberikan secara tatap muka kepada kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 6 sesi, kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan dari kategori rendah skor 69.8 pada pada aspek bertanggung jawab, sehingga kelompok eksperimen semula merupakan individu yang sering meminta bantuan untuk melakukan sesuatu kepada orang lain, kemudian berharap bantuan dari orang lain menjadi seorang individu yang tidak bergantung kepada orang lain, menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab secara mandiri. Untuk kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 127.8 terutama dalam aspek keyakinan akan kemampuan diri sendiri terdapat pada aspek selalu merasa yakin dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan sesulit apapun, selalu membuat rencana-rencana kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan diri sendiri. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sig sebesar 0.043 dengan syarat jika Ha (sig) ≤ 0.05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan Teknik Roleplaying terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik. Sehingga, guru BK dapat memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan Teknik Roleplaying sebagai salah satu alternatif dari layanan BK untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada aspek tanggung jawab peserta didik di sekolah ***** This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services using roleplaying techniques on the self-confidence of students at SMK Negeri 26 in Jakarta. The approach used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research type. The research sample was 10 students of SMK N 26 Jakarta who were selected using purposive sampling. Retrieval of data using a confidence instrument with a reliability level of 0.72. Treatment in the form of group guidance was given face to face to the experimental group in 6 sessions, while the control group was not given any treatment. After being given treatment, the experimental group experienced an increase from the low category score of 69.8 on the responsible aspect, so that the experimental group was originally individuals who often asked for help to do things to others, then hoped for help from others to become individuals who did not depend on people. others, completing tasks and responsibilities independently. For the very high category with a score of 127.8, especially in the aspect of belief in one's own abilities, there is the aspect of always feeling confident that one can do work no matter how difficult it is, always making activity plans according to one's own abilities. Hypothesis testing uses the Wilcoxon Sig test of 0.043 with the condition that if Ha (sig) ≤ 0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of group guidance with roleplaying techniques on students' self-confidence. Thus, counseling teachers can provide group guidance services using roleplaying techniques as an alternative to counseling services to increase self-confidence in aspects of student responsibility at school
