Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Yuju Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dengan memberikan quesioner pra riset terhadap 32 karyawan mendapatkan hasil bahwa 62,5% karyawan belum merasakan kepuasan finansial dan 52,5% merasa puas dengan kompensasi non-finansial yang diberikan perusahaan. Hasil wawancara dalam ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja sebagian besar karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi finansial maupun non-finansial. Dengan menetapkan apa yang perlu diubah, mengembangkan solusi dan mencari fakta tentang issue permasalahannya, pemberian gaji yang sesuai dan adanya promosi karir dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. *** This study aims to analyze employee job satisfaction at PT. Yuju Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Then by giving a pre-research questionnaire to 32 employees, it was found that 62.5% of employees did not feel financial satisfaction and 52.5% were satisfied with the non-financial compensation provided by the company. The results of this internal interview show that the job satisfaction of most employees is influenced by financial and non-financial recovery. By determining what needs to be changed, developing solutions and finding facts about the problem, providing an appropriate salary and career promotion can overcome these problems.
