Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan kontrol diri wanita dewasa awal pembeli tiket konser yang bergabung dan tidak bergabung fanbase K-Pop tertentu. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 170 orang dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah non-probability sampling tipe purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini merupakan modifikasi Self-Control Scale milik Tangney, Baumeister, dan Boone (2004) berjumlah 36 item. Hasil uji independent t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi > 0,05 yang disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kontrol diri wanita dewasa awal pembeli tiket konser yang bergabung dan tidak bergabung fanbase K-Pop tertentu karena kedua kelompok penelitian sama-sama memiliki kontrol diri yang tinggi. This quantitative study aims to determine the differences in the self-control of early adult women buying concert tickets who join and do not join certain K-Pop fanbases. Respondents in this study amounted to 170 people with predetermined criteria. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling purposive sampling type. The research instrument is a modification of Tangney, Baumeister, and Boone's Self-Control Scale (2004) with a total of 36 items. The results of the independent t-test showed a significance value > 0,05 which concluded that there was no difference in the self-control of early adult women buying concert tickets who joined and did not join certain K-Pop fanbases because both study groups had high self-control.
