Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah purwarupa platform e-training dengan berbasiskan Moodle yang digunakan dalam program-program pengembangan kompetensi soft skill pegawai PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). Pengembangan dilakukan dengan model pengembangan Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF). Terdapat empat tahap pengembangan dalam model ini yaitu (1) Exploration, (2) Enactment, (3) Evaluation: Local Impact, dan (4) Evaluation: Broader Impact. Dalam pengembangan ini evaluasi dilakukan hanya sampai pada local impact dengan indikator penilaian berdasarkan pada e-learning framework oleh Badrul Khan. Tahapan evaluasi local impact dilakukan dengan tiga proses penilaian yaitu expert review, one-to-one evaluation, dan small group evaluation. Expert review melibatkan satu ahli e-learning, one-to-one evaluation melibatkan tiga orang pegawai PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), dan small group evaluation melibatkan enam orang pegawai. Hasil dari expert review didapatkan respon positif dengan disertai masukan dan saran yang kemudian ditindaklanjuti untuk perbaikan kualitas produk. Kemudian dari hasil one-to-one juga didapati tanggapan positif dari pegawai yang disertai dengan masukan dan saran perbaikan produk. Hasil olah skor small group evaluation menunjukan nilai 3,65 yang dapat dinyatakan kualitas produk sebagai “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan maka dapat intepretasikan bahwa purwarupa platform e-training berbasis Moodle sudah dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi pelatihan soft skill pegawai PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda). ***** This development research aims to produce a prototype e-training platform based on Moodle which is used in soft skill competency development programs for PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) employees. The development was carried out with the Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) development model. There are four stages of development in this model, namely (1) Exploration, (2) Enactment, (3) Evaluation: Local Impact, and (4) Evaluation: Broader Impact. In this development, the evaluation is carried out only up to local impact with assessment indicators based on the e-learning framework by Badrul Khan. The local impact evaluation stage is carried out with three assessment processes, namely expert review, one-to-one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Expert review involved one e-learning expert, one-to-one evaluation involved three employees of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), and small group evaluation involved six employees. The results of the expert review obtained a positive response accompanied by input and suggestions which were then followed up to improve product quality. Then from the results of one-to-one also obtained positive responses from employees accompanied by input and suggestions for product improvement. The results of the small group evaluation score show a value of 3.65 which can be declared the quality of the product as "very good". Based on the results of the evaluation that has been carried out, it can be interpreted that the prototype of the Moodle-based e-training platform can already be used to improve the quality of the product.
