Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari psychological capital terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan yang bekerja di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 214 karyawan yang bekerja di Jabodetabek. Instrumen Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Allen & Meyer, 1990) digunakan untuk mengukur variabel komitmen organisasi serta instrumen Psychological Capital Questionnaire (Luthans, Youssef, & Avolio, 2007) digunakan untuk mengukur variabel psychological capital dalam penelitian ini. Metode statistika yang digunakan adalah analisis uji regresi linier sederhana. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh psychological capital terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan yang bekerja di Jabodetabek sebesar 10,3%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, karyawan dapat meningkatkan aspek-aspek psychological capital sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on organizational commitment among employees who work in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative approach with convenience sampling technique as a research sampling technique. Respondents who were involved in this study were 214 employees who worked in Jabodetabek. The Organizational Commitment Questionnaire instrument (Allen & Meyer, 1990) was used to measure organizational commitment variable and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire instrument (Luthans, Youssef, & Avolio, 2007) was used to measure psychological capital variable in this study. The statistical analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The research data was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21. The result of this study shows that there is an effect of psychological capital on organizational commitment in employees who work in Jabodetabek with the contribution of 10,3%. Based on these results, employees can improve the aspects of psychological capital as one of the factors that can increase organizational commitment.
