Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video animasi interaktif untuk mengajarkan perilaku empati pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Diharapkan media video animasi interaktif ini dapat mengajarkan perilaku empati pada anak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti peka dalam mengetahui perasaan orang lain, memberikan bantuan, toleransi, dan kasih sayang. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang anak dari salah satu lembaga PAUD di Jakarta Barat, dan 10 orang anak dari salah satu lembaga PAUD di Jakarta Timur. Penilaian pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert 1-4 dan penilaian uji coba lapangan menggunakan teknik one to one evaluation dan small group evaluation. Hasil penilaian yang diperoleh dari ahli materi yaitu sebesar 96.87%, dan hasil penilaian dari ahli media yaitu sebesar 90%. Penilaian dari guru di RA Al-Hidayah Jakarta Barat memperoleh 96.87%, dan penilaian dari guru di TK Aisyiyah 24 Jakarta Timur memperoleh 98.12%. Serta hasil uji coba pada anak di RA Al-Hidayah Jakarta Barat memperoleh 97.5% dengan kriteria sangat layak, kemudian hasil uji coba pada anak TK Aisyiyah 24 Jakarta Timur memperoleh 99.16% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian secara keseluruhan, menyatakan bahwa pengembagan media video animasi interaktif untuk mengajarkan perilaku empati sangat layak dan sangat baik untuk mengajarkan perilaku empati pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. ***** This development research is research that aims to develop interactive animation video media to teach empathetic behavior in children aged 5-6 years. It is hoped that this interactive animated video media can teach children empathetic behavior in everyday life, such as being sensitive in knowing other people's feelings, providing assistance, tolerance and compassion. This development research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The respondents in this study were 10 children from a Early Childhood Education Institution in West Jakarta, and 10 children from a Early Childhood Education Institution in East Jakarta. The assessment in this study used a 1-4 Likert scale and the field trial assessment used one to one evaluation and small group evaluation techniques. The assessment results obtained from material experts were 96.87%, and the assessment results from media experts were 90%. The assessment from teachers at RA Al-Hidayah, West Jakarta obtained 96.87%, and the assessment from teachers at TK Aisyiyah 24 East Jakarta obtained 98.12%. And the results of trials on children at RA Al-Hidayah, West Jakarta obtained 97.5% with very feasible criteria, then the results of trials on children at TK Aisyiyah 24, East Jakarta obtained 99.16% with very feasible criteria. Based on the overall assessment results, it is stated that developing interactive animated video media to teach empathetic behavior is very feasible and very good for teaching empathetic behavior to children aged 5-6 years.
