Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan digital mindset guru pada sekolah penggerak di SMA Negeri 86 Jakarta. Dengan sub fokus peran kepemimpinan transformasional ditinjau dari aspek kharisma, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian. Serta digital mindset ditinjau dari aspek personal growth orientation, openness and collaboration with others, progressive work methods adoption, technology and data emphasis, dan customer centricity. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini meliputi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru, dan peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional menunjukkan tindakan positif guru dimana guru mampu membuat visi, misi, dan tujuan pembelajaran. 2) Guru memotivasi memberikan kebebasan bagi peserta didik untuk berinovasi dan kreatif. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan penguasaan IPTEK, pembentukan karakter, dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. 3) Guru sangat terbuka dan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital karena dinilai mampu mempermudah pekerjaan guru dan membuat pembelajaran lebih bervariatif.***** This study aims to describe the role of transformational leadership in improving the digital mindset of teachers in Sekolah Penggerak at SMA Negeri 86 Jakarta. With a sub-focus on the role of transformational leadership in terms of charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and attention. As well as the digital mindset in terms of personal growth orientation, openness and collaboration with others, progressive work methods adoption, technology and data emphasis, and customer centricity aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants for this study included the vice principal of the curriculum division, teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Transformational leadership shows positive actions by the teacher where the teacher is able to create a vision, mission and learning objectives. 2) The teacher motivates giving freedom for students to innovate and be creative. These activities are carried out by mastering science and technology, character building, and the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. 3) Teachers are very open and able to utilize digital technology because they are considered capable of facilitating the teacher's work and making learning more varied.
