Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kreativitas karyawan magang melalui keterlibatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan magang di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu proportional random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 200 karyawan magang. Model dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis dengan analisis jalur Structrural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan menggunakan bantuan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kreativitas, perceived organizational support berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kreativitas dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh tidak langsung secara signifikan terhadap kreativitas melalui keterlibatan kerja. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on the creativity of intern employees through work engagement as a mediating variable for intern employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used is proportionate random sampling with a total sample of 200 intern employees. The model in this study uses an analytical technique with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) path analysis and uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) version of SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it shows that perceived organizational support has a significant direct effect on creativity, perceived organizational support has a significant direct effect on work engagement, work engagement has a significant direct effect on creativity and perceived organizational support has a significant indirect effect on creativity through work engagement.
