Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa video animasi untuk pelatihan Food Inspector Muda. Produk yang dihasilkan yaitu berupa 8 video animasi yang berdurasi sekitar 1 s.d. 6 Menit yang diunggah kedalam website SiPandai. Video animasi ini membahas mengenai Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) yang terbagi atas 8 materi yaitu pengertian KLB, perbedaan epidemi, pandemi dan endemi, cluster kasus, tujuan penyelidikan KLB,tahapan penetapan KLB, kriteria KLB Keracunan Pangan (KLB-KP), prinsip penetapan KLB dan penetapan KLB. Pengembangan produk video animasi ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang memiliki 4 tahap yaitu Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan. Produk video animasi ini dalam evaluasinya melibatkan ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli materi dan ahli media untuk expert review, serta melibatkan peserta pelatihan Food Inspector Muda untuk uji coba one-to-one dan uji coba skala besar. Berdasarkan hasil expert review dan uji coba pengguna, dapat dinyatakan bahwa produk video animasi yang dihasilkan sudah sesuai dan layak digunakan dalam pelatihan Food Inspector Muda. ***** This development research aims to produce a product in the form of an animated video for Young Food Inspector training. The resulting product is in the form of 8 animated videos with a duration of around 1 to 6 Minutes uploaded to the SiPandai website. This animated video discusses Extraordinary Events (KLB) which are divided into 8 materials, namely the meaning of Extraordinary Events, the differences between epidemics, pandemics and endemics, clusters of cases, the purpose of investigating Extraordinary Events, stages of determining Extraordinary Outbreaks, criteria for Outbreaks of Food Poisoning (KLB-KP), principles of determining KLB and determination of KLB. The development of this animated video product uses a 4D development model which has 4 stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate which was developed by Thiagarajan. In its evaluation, this animated video product involved learning design experts, material experts and media experts for expert reviews, as well as involving Young Food Inspector training participants for one-to-one trials and large-scale trials. Based on the results of expert reviews and user trials, it can be stated that the resulting animated video product is suitable and suitable for use in Young Food Inspector training.
