Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; 1). Untuk menganalisis secara mendalam beban kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan di dalam organisasi; 2). Mengetahui dampak beban kerja yang terjadi dan; 3). Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat beban kerja karyawan pada Departemen Finance dan Accounting PT Dasa Windu Agung. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu di PT Dasa Windu Agung, dengan waktu kegiatan observasi dari mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Maret 2023. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berada di Departemen Finance dan Accounting PT Dasa Windu Agung yang mempunyai salah satu tugas yang dikerjakan adalah mengarsipkan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari tingginya beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu adanya prokrastinasi, karena tingginya beban kerja karyawan, salah satu pekerjaan mengarsipkan dokumen tidak segera dilakukan dan menyebabkan menumpuknya dokumen yang mengakibatkan sulitnya dalam penemuan kembali dokumen. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Dampak Beban Kerja ***** The objectives of this study are; 1). To analyze in depth the workload experienced by employees in the organization; 2). Knowing the impact of workload that occurs and; 3). Knowing the factors that can affect the level of employee workload in the Finance and Accounting Department of PT Dasa Windu Agung.The place of implementation of this research is at PT Dasa Windu Agung, with the time of observation activities from January to March 2023. The method used by the author is a qualitative research method with the type of research used is a case study. The informants of this research are employees in the Finance and Accounting Department of PT Dasa Windu Agung who have one of the tasks done is archiving documents. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is an influence of high workload on employee performance, namely the existence of procrastination, because of the high workload of employees, one of the jobs of archiving documents is not done immediately and causes a pile of documents which results in difficulty in finding documents again.
