Abstract

VERONIKA INDAH MUTIARA. 8105150678. Hubungan antara Konsep Diri dengan Penyesuaian Diri pada Siswa Kelas XII SMK Tunas Markatin. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Februari 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Konsep Diri dengan Penyesuaian Diri pada siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih 3 bulan terhitung mulai bulan Desember 2019 sampai dengan Februari 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 303 siswa SMK Tunas Markatin. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah 119 siswa kelas XII di SMK Tunas Markatin. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 89 siswa kelas XII dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data variabel Penyesuaian Diri (Y) dan Konsep Diri (X1) merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010 yang dimulai dengan mencari persamaan regresi yaitu Ŷ = 51,81 + 0,633X. Hasil perhitungan dengan uji liliefors berdistribusi normal yang diketahui dari Lhitung variabel X 0.054 dan Y 0.039 < Ltabel yaitu 0,094, yang berarti data berdistribusi normal. Uji linearitas regresi berbentuk linear yang diketahui dari Fhitung 1,09 < Ftabel 1,65, maka Ho diterima. Uji keberartian regresi dengan Product Moment didapatkan hasil nilai r sebesar 0,728 di mana r > rtabel 0.207, maka terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan penyesuaian diri. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 52,99%, artinya konsep diri siswa memberi dukungan yang berarti dalam menentukan penyesuaian diri siswa. This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-Concept With Self-Adjustment Student Class XII In Vocational High School Tunas Markatin which was conducted for 3 months starting form December of 2019 until February of 2020. The method that used in this study is the survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 303 students, and the accesible population was 119 students. The sample was taken based on Proportional Random Sampling technique which was 89 students. Self Adjusment’s data (Y variable) and Self Concept’s data (X variable) is a primary data was obtained from the results of questionnaires using the Likert Scale. The data analysis technique in this study was processed using Microsoft Excel of 2010, which was started by looking for a regression equation that Ŷ = 51,81 + 0,633X. The results of calculations using Liliefors test are normal which known from Ltest X 0.054 and Y 0.039069 < Ltable 0,094, it means that data are normally distributed. Regression linearity test is linear which known for Ftest 1,09 < Ftabel 1,65, then Ho is accepted. Product Moment regression significance test results was obtained r value of 0,728, it means if r value > rtable 0.207 then, there is a positive relationship between self concept and self adjusment. The results of the coefficient determination test was obtained results of 52,99%, it means that self- concepts provide meaningful support in determining self-adjustment.
