Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui hasil kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis Microsoft Access sebagai media pembelajaran arsip digital. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian riset dan pengembangan atau R&D (Research and development). Pada penelitian ini model yang dikembangkan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 1 ahli media dari dosen mata kuliah Aplikasi Komputer di Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 1 ahli materi dari guru program keahlian MPLB, 1 ahli bahasa dari guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan peserta didik kelas X MPLB SMK Negeri 49 Jakarta yang berjumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket/kuesioner dengan skala likert yang dinilai kelayakannya oleh para ahli dan diimplementasikan pada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Media yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar MPLB menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang dapat dijalankan pada perangkat laptop atau komputer. 2) Media pembelajaran memiliki tingkat kelayakan media sebesar 81,3% dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”, kelayakan materi sebesar 89,3% dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”, kelayakan bahasa sebesar 100% dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”. Kemudian pada uji coba perorangan dengan 3 peserta didik memperoleh presentase 89,6% dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”, uji coba kelompok kecil dengan 10 peserta didik memperoleh presentase 75,7% dikategorikan “Layak” dan uji coba lapangan mengambil 20 peserta didik memperoleh presentase 86,8% dikategorikan “Sangat Layak”. 3) Produk ini dinyatakan sangat layak untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran menurut para ahli, dinyatakan layak menurut uji coba kelompok kecil, dan dinyatakan sangat layak dijadikan media pembelajaran menurut uji coba kelompok kecil dan lapangan. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Arsip, Arsip Digital, Microsoft Access ***** This research aims to develop and determine the results of the feasibility of Microsoft Access-based learning media as a digital archive learning media. The method used in this research is research and development research or R&D (Research and development). In this research, the model developed refers to the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) Development model. The subjects in this research were 1 media expert from a lecturer in the Computer Applications course at Jakarta State University, 1 material expert from an MPLB expertise program teacher, 1 language expert from an Indonesian language subject teacher and 33 class X MPLB students at SMK Negeri 49 Jakarta. person. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires with a Likert scale which were assessed for suitability by experts and implemented with students. The results of this research show that: 1) Media developed using Microsoft Access in the MPLB basics subject produces learning media that can be run on laptop or computer devices. 2) Learning media has a media suitability level of 81.3% categorized as "Very Appropriate", material suitability of 89.3% categorized as "Very Appropriate", language suitability of 100% categorized as "Very Appropriate". Then in the individual trial with 3 students, the percentage was 89.6%, categorized as "Very Eligible", the small group trial with 10 students obtained a percentage of 75.7%, categorized as "Decent" and the field trial with 20 students obtained a percentage of 86. .8% is categorized as "Very Eligible". 3) This product is declared very suitable to be used as a learning medium according to experts, declared suitable according to small group trials, and declared very suitable to be used as a learning medium according to small group and field trials.
