Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui data empiris ada tidaknya pengaruh media animasi stop motion terhadap hasil belajar pada muatan pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen (kuantitatif) dengan desain penelitian Posttest Only Control Group Design. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Polulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar di kelurahan Tanjung Barat, Jakarta Selatan. Sampel penelitian adalah 60 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes hasil belajar sebanyak 28 soal, kemudian dihitung normalitas data menggunakan lilliefors dan homogenitas kelas menggunakan fisher. Hasil pengujian normalitas dan homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan kedua kelas homogen. Selanjutnya dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji-t. hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh harga thitung sebesar 2,642 , harga ttabel pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dan dk = 58 adalah 2,001. Oleh karena itu harga thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel (2,642 > 2,001), maka hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis kerja (H1) diterima. Dengan demikian, media animasi stop motion berpengaruh secara signifikan teradap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the presence or absence of empirical data about the media of animation video stop motion on learning outcomes in science. This research is an experimental research (quantitative) by Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Sample taken using cluster random sampling technique. The population in this research are elementary school students in Tanjung Barat village, South Jakarta. This sample of this research was 60 students. The data was collected by using achievement test of 28 questions and then calculated using data normality and homogeneity tes result indicate that the normal distribution of data and the second homogeneous class. Then analyzed by t test. T test calculation result, obtained t count price of 2,642, price t tabel at significance level α = 0,05 and df = 58 is 2,001. Hypothesis is rejected and the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the animation video stop motion has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of fiveth grade elementary school students.
