Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 178 Karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. Teknik sampel adalah sensus sampling dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) Kerjasama tim secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau, (2) lingkungan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. (3) kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau sebesar 23,1% dan sisanya 76,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci : Kerjasama Tim, Lingkungan kerja, Loyalitas karyawan, UMKM. ***** The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine whether teamwork and work environment affect employee loyalty. The number of samples in this study were 178 MSME employees in Baubau City. The sampling technique is Sensus Sampling and data is collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that (1) Teamwork has a positive effect on the loyalty of MSME employees in Baubau City, (2) the work environment has a positive effect on MSME employee loyalty in Baubau City. (3) teamwork and work environment have a positive effect on the loyalty of MSME employees in Baubau City 23.1% and the remaining 76.1% are influenced by other variables Keywords: Teamwork, work environment, employee loyalty, MSMEs.
