Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT X. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah pegawai PT X senilai 204 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai ialah metode probability sampling dengan rumus Slovin dengan akurasi tingkat kesulitan 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 135 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini memakai uji validasi dan reliabilitas dengan dihitung memakai software IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan jika terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepusan kerja. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on job satisfaction at PT X. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 204 employees of PT X. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling method with the Slovin formula with an accuracy of 5% difficulty level so that a sample of 135 employees is obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study used validation and reliability tests by calculating using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 26. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on job satisfaction, there is an influence positively and significantly between work motivation on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work motivation together on job satisfaction
