Abstract

Aji Dwi Dharmawan, 2024. Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Musik Ansambel melalui Metode Student Team Achievement Division di SMAN 15 Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Musik, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran seni musik menggunakan metode Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan model Kemmis & McTaggart. Tempat Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 15 Kabupaten Tangerang yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Korelet No. 1, Desa Rancakalapa, Kecamatan Panongan, Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Agustus 2023, sampai dengan bulan November 2023. Data-data yang telah diperoleh melalui observasi, serta wawancara. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Hasil Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dalam metode Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model kemmis dan McTaggart dapat digunakan serta dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran Musik Ansambel. Dilihat dari hasil tindakan pra observasi, untuk tes teori dan tes praktik sebanyak 20 peserta didik dengan persentase 52% sudah tuntas dan sebanyak 14 anak dengan persentase 48% belum tuntas. Setelah dilakukan penelitian tindakan sebanyak dua siklus, hasilnya dapat meningkat dengan signifikan dimana pada siklus pertama terjadi peningkatan. Untuk tes praktik sebanyak 24 peserta didik dengan persentase 70% sudah tuntas dan sebanyak 10 peserta didik dengan persentase 30% belum tuntas. Lalu pada siklus kedua terdapat peningkatkan kembali hasil belajar yaitu pada tes praktik sebanyak 34 peserta didik (100%) sudah tuntas dan sebanyak 0 peserta didik (0%) belum tuntas. Peningkatan hasil belajar ini melalui beberapa aspek, salah satunya tes praktik dilakukan secara kelompok meliputi ketepatan, musikalitas, cara bermain, serta sikap dalam bermain musik ansambel secara berkelompok. Efforts to Improve Music Learning Outcomes through the Student Team Achievement Division Method at SMAN 15 Tangerang Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Thesis. Music Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in learning music using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method. The research method used was Classroom Action with Kemmis and McTaggart model. the research was conducted at SMAN 15 Tangerang Regency which is located in Jalan Raya Korelet No. 1 Rancakalapa Village, Panongan District, Tagerang Regency. This research began in August 2023, until November 2023. Data were obtained through observation and interviews. The learning methods used Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). The result of the study revealed that the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method with Classroom Action Research of the Kemmis and McTaggart model can be used and can overcome the problems found in learning music ensembles. Judging from the results of pre-observation actions, for theory tests and practical tests as many as 20 students with a percentage of 59% have completed and as many as 14 children with a percentage of 41% have not completed. After conducting two cycles of action research, the results can improve significantly where in the first cycle there was an increase. For the practical test as many as 24 students with a percentage of 70% have completed and as many as 10 students with a percentage of 30% have not completed. Then in the second cycle there was an increase in learning outcomes, namely in the theory test as many as 34 students (100%) had completed and as many as 0 student (0%) had not completed, while for the practical test as many as 34 students (100%) had completed and as many as 0 students (0%) had not completed. The improvement of learning outcomes is through several aspects, one of them practical tests are carried out in groups including accuracy, musicality, cohesiveness, and attitude in playing music ensembles in groups.
