Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kesesuaian antara implementasi program Pelatihan Peningkatan Produktivits Supervisi di UPT Pelatihan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan pedoman penelitian guna menentukan efektivitas dan ketepatgunaan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi serta pembahasan, Program Pelatihan Supervisi telah terlaksana dengan baik walaupun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki dari beberapa aspek. (1) Pada indikator program pelatihan supervisi, yang mencakup latar belakang, dasar hukum, tujuan dan sasaran dikatakan telah memenuhi kriteria atau sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan. (2) Pada indikator program pelatihan supervisi, yang mencakup alokasi anggaran, sumber daya manusia, silabus program, sarana dan prasarana bisa disimpulkan bahwa sebagian indikator telah sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Namun, terdapat juga indikator yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan, maka dari itu, masih ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki untuk kedepannya. (3) Pada indikator program pelatihan supervisi, yang mencakup perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, monitoring dan evaluasi program bisa disimpulkan bahwa telah sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hanya saja masih ada hambatan yang dihadapi (4) Pada indikator program pelatihan supervisi, yang mencakup Hasil pencapaian program, pada ketercapaian tujuan dapat disimpulkan sudah tercapai dengan baik sesuai dengan pedoman serta aturan-aturan yang berlaku. Untuk hasil penilaian peserta dapat dikatakan tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan kelulusan peserta berdasarkan pedoman. Namun, dapat dikatakan bahwa peserta pelatihan memahami isi dan materi yang diberikan. Jadi, penyelenggaraan program Pelatihan Supervisi secara garis besar sudah menunjukkan hasil maksimal dan sesuai dengan kriteria evaluasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa program Pelatihan Supervisi tetap dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa perbaikan. ********** This research aims to describe the level of conformity between the implementation of the Supervision Productivity Improvement Training Program at UPT Pelatihan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta with research guidelines to determine the effectiveness and feasibility of the training carried out. This research uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is evaluative research using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation model. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the evaluation and discussion, the Supervision Training Program has been implemented well although there are still several things that need to be improved in several aspects. (1) Indicators of the supervision training program which include background, legal basis, aims and objectives are said to have met the criteria or are in accordance with those determined. (2) Regarding the supervision training program indicators which include budget allocation, human resources, program syllabus, facilities and infrastructure, it can be concluded that several indicators are in accordance with the established criteria. However, there are also indicators that do not fully meet the established criteria, so there are still several things that need to be improved in the future. (3) In terms of indicators of the supervision training program which includes program planning, program implementation, program monitoring and evaluation, it can be concluded that it is in accordance with the established criteria. It's just that there are still obstacles faced (4) In terms of training program supervision indicators which include the results of program achievements, it can be concluded that the achievement of objectives has been achieved well in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations. The results of the participant assessment can be said to not be in accordance with the participant graduation requirements based on the guidelines. However, it can be said that training participants understand the content and material provided. So, the implementation of the Supervision Training program has generally shown maximum results and is in accordance with the evaluation criteria. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Supervision Training program can still be implemented with several improvements.
