Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsentrasi belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS kelas IV yang dilakukan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi pada tahun 2024 dengan 112 sampel. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan model penelitian sederhana hubungan X dengan Y. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda dan non tes berupa kuisioner. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan uji-t. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh r sebesar dan uji-t diperoleh hasil thitung>ttabel (5,321>1,662). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara konsentrasi belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 20,1% artinya hasil belajar IPS ditentukan oleh konsentrasi belajar sebesar 20,1% selebihnya 79,9% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Oleh sebab itu, konsentrasi belajar perlu ditanamkan sejak dini guna meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD. ***** This research aims to determine the relationship between learning concentration and class IV social studies learning outcomes conducted on State Elementary School students in Setiabudi District in 2024 with 112 samples. Sampling was carried out using a cluster random sampling technique with a simple research model of the relationship between X and Y. Data collection was carried out using test instruments in the form of multiple choice questions and non-tests in the form of questionnaires. The data was analyzed using the product moment correlation test and t-test. Based on the calculation of the product moment correlation test, r is obtained and the t-test results show tcount>ttable (5.321>1.662). These results show that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected, which means there is a positive relationship between learning concentration and social studies learning outcomes. The calculation of the coefficient of determination is 20.1%, meaning that social studies learning outcomes are determined by learning concentration by 20.1%, the remaining 79.9% is determined by other factors. Therefore, learning concentration needs to be instilled from an early age in order to improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students.
