Abstract

Pekik Muhammad Yaser, Perancangan Purwarupa Website Company Profile SMK Karya Guna Jakarta Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD). Program Studi PTIK UNJ. Dosen Pembimbing: Hamidillah Ajie, S.Si., M.T, Murien Nugraheni, ST., M.Cs. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer. Fakultas Teknik. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2024. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat purwarupa website SMK Karya Guna Jakarta menggunakan metode UCD berdasarkan standar ISO 9241-210, melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu: Specify User Requirements, produce design, dan evaluate design. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menggunakan black box testing menggunakan kusioner penilaian untuk menilai apakah website yang dibangun sesuai dengan harapan dan kebutuhan. Tahap pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box testing berhasil dilakukan dengan sukses, kemudian penilaian UAT dilakukan dengan 10 responden pun berhasil mendapat penilaian kategori sangat baik dengan memperoleh nilai skor rata-rata 87,6%. Sedangkan hasil analisis pengalaman user (user experience) setelah menggunakan website dengan metode UEQ dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada sejumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 87 orang. Hasil pengukuran UEQ untuk aspek daya tarik 1,81. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa website ini menarik perhatian dan minat para siswa atau siapapun yang mengaksesnya. Adapun skor untuk aspek kualitas pragmatis (kejelasan 1,65, efisiensi 1,78, ketepatan 1,71), skor tersebut menjelaskan bahwa website memperoleh penilaian sangat baik (Excellent). Hasil analisis dengan penggunaan User Experience Questionnare (UEQ) menunjukkan bahwa skor untuk aspek kualitas hedonis (Stimulasi dan Kebaruan) memiliki penilaian sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa website SMK Karya Guna Jakarta bermanfaat bagi pengguna dan memotivasi pengguna untuk menggunakannya. ***** Pekik Muhammad Yaser, Designing a Company Profile Website Prototype for SMK Karya Guna Jakarta Using the User Centered Design (UCD) Method. The aim of this research is to create a purwarupa of the SMK Karya Guna Jakarta website using the UCD method based on the ISO 9241-210 standard, through several stages, namely: Specify User Requirements, produce design, and evaluate design. The evaluation stage is carried out through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using black box testing using an assessment questionnaire to assess whether the website being built meets expectations and needs. The testing phase using the black box testing method was carried out successfully, then the UAT assessment was carried out with 10 respondents and managed to get a very good category rating by obtaining an average score of 89.6%. Meanwhile, the results of the user experience analysis after using the website using the UEQ method by distributing questionnaires to a number of research respondents totaling 87 people. The UEQ measurement results for the attractiveness aspect were 1.81. This value shows that this website attracts the attention and interest of students or anyone who accesses it. As for the score for the pragmatic quality aspect (clarity 1.65, efficiency 1.78, accuracy 1.71), this score explains that the website received a very good rating (Excellent). The results of the analysis using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) show that the score for the hedonic quality aspect (Stimulation and Novelty) has a very good rating. This shows that the SMK Karya Guna Jakarta website is useful for users and motivates users to use it.
