Abstract

Hubungan Antara Perilaku Interpersonal Guru dengan Motivasi Belajar IPS Peserta Didik SMP Negeri 50 Jakarta, Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan IPS, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku interpersonal guru dengan motivasi belajar IPS Peserta didik SMP Negeri 50 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 104 peserta didik dari kelas IX. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perilaku interpersonal guru dengan motivasi belajar IPS peserta didik SMP Negeri 50 Jakarta, yang didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan statistik uji hipotesis dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil atau kurang dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Adapun tingkat hubungan kedua variabel yang diinterpretasikan melalui nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) dengan tabel interpretasi korelasi sebesar 0,352 yang berarti tingkat hubungan kedua variabel adalah rendah. Dan angka koefisien korelasi kedua variabel juga mengarah pada hubungan yang positif atau searah. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Interpersonal Guru, Motivasi Belajar IPS, Peserta Didik ********* The Relationship Between Teacher Interpersonal Behavior and Social Studies Learning Motivation of Students of SMP Negeri 50 Jakarta, Thesis, Jakarta: Social Studies Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta, 2024. This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher interpersonal behavior and social studies learning motivation of students of SMP Negeri 50 Jakarta. The method used for this research is quantitative with survey method and correlational approach. The sampling technique of this study used random sampling with a total sample of 104 students from class IX. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the interpersonal behavior of teachers with social studies learning motivation of students of SMP Negeri 50 Jakarta, which is based on the results of statistical calculations of hypothesis testing with a significance value of 0.000 smaller or less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means there is a relationship between the two variables. The level of relationship between the two variables interpreted through the correlation coefficient value (rxy) with the correlation interpretation table is 0.352,which means that the level of relationship between the two variables is low. And the correlation coefficient number of the two variables also leads to a positive or unidirectional relationship.
