Abstract

Abstrak Main oil fuel heat exchanger merupakan komponen yang berfungsi untuk memanaskan fuel dan fuel mendinginkan oil. Memanaskan fuel dilakukan untuk mencegah pembekuan yang dapat menyumbat fuel filter. Berdasarkan data, terdapat 11 kasus kerusakan pada main oil fuel heat exchanger di pesawat B737-800 NG, namun belum ada jadwal perawatan atau penggantian untuk komponen tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyebab kerusakan menggunakan metode FTA, menghitung nilai keandalan dengan metode distribusi Weibull, serta menentukan jadwal perawatan yang tepat. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab kegagalan, dan secara kuantitatif untuk menghitung nilai keandalan dan MTTF. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya kerusakan adalah adanya kebocoran pada packing, shaft seal, dan kualitas oli. Jadwal perawatan dan penggantian yang disarankan adalah setelah 19.901 jam terbang dengan nilai keandalan 52,57%. Kata Kunci: Distribusi Weibull, FTA, Kegagalan, Main oil fuel heat exchanger, Perawatan. Abstract Main oil fuel heat exchanger is a component that functions to heat fuel and fuel to cool oil. Heating the fuel is done to prevent freezing which can clog the fuel filter. Based on the data, there are 11 cases of damage to the main oil fuel heat exchanger on the B737-800 NG aircraft, but there is no maintenance or replacement schedule for these components. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of damage using the FTA method, calculate the reliability value using the Weibull distribution method, and determine the appropriate maintenance schedule. The analysis was carried out qualitatively to identify the factors causing the failure, and quantitatively to calculate the reliability value and MTTF. The results of the analysis show that the causes of damage are leaks in packing, shaft seals, and oil quality. The recommended maintenance and replacement schedule is after 19,901 flying hours with a reliability value of 52.57%.
