Abstract

*****ABSTRAK**** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru pamong terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa PKM PENJAS pada sekolah mitra UNJ tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 guru pamong. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh dengan analisis data, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa persepsi guru pamong terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa PKM PENJAS pada sekolah mitra unj tahun 2024 secara keseluruhan baik. Secara rinci menunjukan sebanyak 27% guru pamong memiliki persepsi sangat baik, 73% guru pamong memiliki persepsi baik, 0% guru pamong memiliki persepsi kurang baik dan 0% guru pamong memiliki persepsi sangat kurang baik. ****ABSTRACT**** This study aims to find out how the perception of teachers of teachers towards the competence of PKM PENJAS students in UNJ partner schools this year. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used is a survey with instruments using questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample in this study is 12 pamong teachers. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis with percentages. Based on the results of the research that has been obtained by data analysis, it can be concluded that the perception of teachers of the competence of PKM PENJAS students in UNJ partner schools in 2024 is generally good. In detail, it shows that as many as 27% of teachers have a very good perception, 73% of teachers have a good perception, 0% of teachers have a bad perception and 0% of teachers have a very poor perception.
