Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan self-efficacy mengajar mahasiswa pendidikan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada mata kuliah Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian pada kuesioner terdiri dari 83 orang dan wawancara terdiri dari 6 orang mahasiswa pendidikan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Mahasiswa Pendidikan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial UNJ memiliki self-efficacy yang sangat tinggi dalam mengikuti mata kuliah Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar. (2) Faktor yang dapat meningkatkan self-efficacy mengajar mahasiswa pendidikan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta terdiri dari minat menjadi guru, mata kuliah pendukung, mekanisme pelaksanaan, dan sumber self-efficacy yaitu, mastery experience, vicarious experience, social persuasion, physiological and emotional state.**** This study aims to describe the teaching self-efficacy of education student at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University in the Teaching Skills Practice course. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Social Science, Jakarta State University. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature study and documentation. The research subjects to the questionnaire consisted of 83 people and in the interviews consisted of 6 education students at the Faculty of Social Sciences Jakarta State University. The results of the research concluded that: (1) Education Students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, UNJ, have very high self-efficacy in taking Teaching Skills Practice courses. (2) Factors that can increase teaching self-efficacy for education students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University consist of interest in becoming a teacher, supporting courses, implementation mechanisms, and source of self-efficacy, namely, mastery experience, vicarious experience, social persuasion, physiological and emotional state.
