Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efek kepemimpinan transformasional dan efek efikasi diri terhadap kreativitas guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis dari 130 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skor skala likert dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa temuan, pertama kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh langsung positif yang tinggi terhadap kreativitas guru dengan nilai T-Statistik 3,331 kemudian temuan yang kedua pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efikasi diri cukup tinggi dengan nilai T-Statistik 2,539, ketiga efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh yang sedikit lebih rendah terhadap kreativitas guru dengan nilai T-Statistik 2,261. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh langsung yang paling dominan dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas guru dibandingkan dengan pengaruh lainnya. Temuan menarik lainnya menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kreativitas guru dengan nilai T-Statistik 1,618. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas guru; namun hal tersebut tidak terlalu berpengaruh pada guru yang memiliki efikasi diri tinggi dan hal ini disebabkan karena kepercayaan diri guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Karawang lebih dominan daripada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Efikasi diri, Kreativitas Guru This study aimed to determine and analyze the effects of transformational leadership and the effects of self-efficacy on the creativity of elementary school teachers in Karawang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and analysis of 130 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale score and data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS to test the hypothesis. The results of the study showed that there were several findings, firstly, transformational leadership has a high positive direct influence on teacher creativity with a T-Statistic value of 3.331 and the second finding is the positive direct influence of transformational leadership on self-efficacy is quite high with a T-Statistic value of 2.539, third self-efficacy has a slightly lower impact on teacher creativity with a T-Statistic value of 2.261. Transformational leadership has the most dominant and significant direct influence on teacher creativity compared to other factors. Another interesting finding shows that self-efficacy does not mediate the influence of transformational leadership on teacher creativity with a T-Statistic value of 1.618. It can be concluded that transformational leadership affects teacher creativity; however, it does not have much effect on teachers who have high self-efficacy and this is because the self-confidence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Karawang is more dominant than the influence of transformational leadership.
