Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap tingkat kreativitas para guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Cibitung Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur, sebuah teknik yang digunakan untuk mengkaji pola hubungan antara variabel yang berpengaruh, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, antara variabel eksogen (bebas) dan variabel endogen (terikat). Dalam penelitian ini, variabel eksogen adalah kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan iklim organisasi (X2), sementara variabel endogen adalah kreativitas guru (Y). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 158 guru yang bekerja di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Cibitung Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kreativitas guru diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r13 = 0,82 dan koefisien jalur ρ31 = 0,43 thitung 18,01 ttabel 1,65 (=0,05) dan ttabel 2,35 (=0,01) dengan demikian koefisien jalur sangat signifikan. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap kreativitas guru diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r23=0,90 dan koefisien jalur ρ32 = 0,63 thitung 26,38 ttabel 1,65 (=0,05) dan ttabel 2,35 (=0,01) dengan demikian koefisien jalur sangat signifikan. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap iklim organisasi diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r12 = 0,63 dan koefisien jalur ρ21 = 0,63 thitung 12,03 ttabel 1,65 (=0,05) dan ttabel 2,35 (=0,01) yang berarti koefisien jalur sangat signifikan. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kreativitas guru dapat dicapai secara optimal ketika terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi yang kondusif. ****** The pupose of this study was to determine the impact of transformational leadership and organizational climate on the level of creativity among teachers in public elementary schools in Cibitung Sub-District, Bekasi Regency. This research utilizes a path analysis approach, a technique used to examine the patterns of relationships between influential variables, both directly and indirectly, among exogenous (independent) and endogenous (dependent) variables. In this study, the exogenous variables are transformational leadership (X1) and organizational climate (X2), while the endogenous variable is teacher creativity (Y). The research sample consists of 158 teachers working in public elementary schools in Cibitung Sub-District, Bekasi Regency. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence of transformational leadership on teacher creativity, with a correlation coefficient value of r13 = 0.82 and a path coefficient of ρ31 = 0.43, where the t-count is 18.01 t-table 1.65 (α=0.05) and 2.35 (α=0.01), thus the path coefficient is highly significant. (2) there is a significant influence of organizational climate on teacher creativity, with a correlation coefficient value of r23=0.90 and a path coefficient of ρ32 = 0.63, where the t-count is 26.38 exceeding the critical t-table of 1.65 (α=0.05) and 2.35 (α=0.01), hence the path coefficient is highly significant. (3) there is a significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational climate, with a correlation coefficient value of r12 = 0.63 and a path coefficient of ρ21 = 0.63, where the t-count is 12.03 exceeding the critical t-table of 1.65 (α=0.05) and 2.35 (α=0.01), indicating that the path coefficient is highly significant. It can be concluded that the enhancement of teacher creativity can be achieved optimally when there is a strong influence from transformational leadership and a conducive organizational climate.
