Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional dan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap mutu layanan guru SMK Negeri Pusat Keunggulan di Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan skor Skala Likert. Populasi penelitian sebesar 155 guru dan sampel yang diambil sebesar 112 guru SMK Negeri Pusat Keunggulan di Kabupaten Tangerang. Adapun Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap mutu layanan guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,579 dan nilai thitung sebesar 8,217, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap mutu layanan guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,210 dan nilai thitung sebesar 2,887, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,278 dan nilai thitung sebesar 3,035, sedangkan taraf signifikansi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 (nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,859). Dengan demikian, ketiga nilai koefisien t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan instruksional dan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap mutu layanan guru SMK Negeri Pusat Keunggulan di Kabupaten Tangerang. ***** This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of instructional leadership and continuous professional development on the quality of teacher services at the Centre of Excellence Vocational Public Schools in Tangerang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and the path analysis technique is used. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert Scale scores. The study population was 155 teachers, and the sample was 112 teachers from the Centre of Excellence Vocational Public Schools in Tangerang Regency. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results stated that instructional leadership has a positive direct effect on teacher service quality, with a path coefficient value of 0.579 and a t-count value of 8.217. There is a positive direct effect of continuing professional development on teacher service quality with a path coefficient value of 0.210 and a t-count value of 2.887; there is a positive direct effect of instructional leadership on continuing professional development with a path coefficient value of 0.278 and a t-count value of 3.035, while the significance level used is 0.05 (t-table value of 1.859). Thus, the three t-count coefficient values are more significant than the t-table value, so H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a positive direct effect of instructional leadership and continuous professional development on the quality of teacher services of Centre of Excellence Vocational Public Schools in Tangerang Regency.
