Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh flexible working arrangement terhadap job performance pada karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh flexible working arrangement terhadap work life balance pada karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap job performance pada karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh flexible working arrangement terhadap job performance dimediasi oleh work life balance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendeketan assosiatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Andalan Utama Foodindo sebanyak 54 orang responden dengan teknik sensus. Job performance karyawan diukur berdasarkan penilaian dari atasan, sedangkan flexible working arrangement dan work life balance disebarkan kuisioner dengan skala Likert ke seluruh karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh flexible working arrangement terhadap job performance adalah positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh flexible working arrangement terhadap work life balance adalah positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh work life balance terhadap job performance adalah positif dan signifikan. Flexible working arrangement berpengaruh terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh work life balance. Kata Kunci: Flexible Working Arrangement, Work Life Balance, Job ***** The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of flexible working arrangement on job performance among employees, to examine the impact of flexible working arrangement on work life balance among employees, to assess the influence of work life balance on job performance among employees, and to explore the influence of flexible working arrangement on job performance mediated by work life balance. The method employed in this study is associative and quantitative approach. The population and sample used in this research consist of 54 employees of PT Andalan Utama Foodindo, selected using census technique. Job performance is measured based on supervisor evaluations, while flexible working arrangement and work life balance are assessed through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to all employees. Data analysis utilizes SPSS version 26 software with path analysis. The results indicate that the influence of flexible working arrangement on job performance is positive and significant. Additionally, the impact of flexible working arrangement on work life balance is also positive and significant. Moreover, the influence of work life balance on job performance is positive and significant. Flexible working arrangement affects job performance through the mediation of work life balance.
