Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model kompetensi masyarakat urban Jakarta Utara dengan menganalisis Pendidikan, Pelatihan, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan kemampuan kerja dalam mengadopsi Revolusi Industri 4.0 di Kecamatan Cilincing dan Koja, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Kuantitatif. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survei dengan Data diperoleh dari 400 partisipan dengan pengambilan sampel acak bertingkat di Kecamatan Cilincing dan Koja, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. Secara umum hipotesis memiliki hubungan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan beradaptasi dan kemampuan kerja dalam strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Selanjutnya temuan kami menyoroti bahwa kemampuan kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kompetensi di perkotaan revolusi industri keempat. Hasil penelitan ini juga mendukung grand theory Michael Amstrong (2006) dalam M. Sherafati, R. Mohammadi (2014 ), yang mendukung Middle theory yaitu Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kompetensi Masyarakat urban melalui theory Paweł Poszytek et al, (2023), Fabian Dillinger, Olivia Bernhard, Gunther Reinhart (2022). Bomer Pasaribu (2020). Serta mendukung Applied theory Aulburt (2016). Penelitian ini bisa menjadi data dasar untuk memperjelas interkoneksi antara kompetensi perkotaan dan teknologi industri 4.0 wawasan penting untuk analisis masa depan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Masyarakat Urban, Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Adaptability, Work Ability, Revolusi Industri 4.0************This study aims to investigate urban North Jakarta competency associated with, Education, Training, Adaptability, and Work ability in adopting the Fourth Idustrial Revolution in Cilincing and Koja district, North Jakarta, Indonesia. This research was conducted quantitative method. Data were obtained from 400 participants with stratified random sampling at Cilincing and Koja district, North Jakarta, Indonesia. The results revealed that education and training have a significant effect on Adaptability and Work ability in human resources management strategy. Furthermore, our finding highlights that work ability and training affect positively on urban competency in the fourth industrial revolution. The results of this research also support the grand theory Conceptual Model Based on Michael Amstrong (2006) M. Sherafati, R. Mohammadi (2014 ). which supports Middle theory,Education and Training for Urban Community Competencies through theory Paweł Poszytek et al, (2023), Fabian Dillinger, Olivia Bernhard, Gunther Reinhart (2022). Bomer Pasaribu (2020). As well as supporting Applied theory Aulburt (2016).
