Abstract

Intensi merupakan niat dalam diri seseorang yang didasari oleh sikap dan norma subjektif terhadap perilaku untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang di inginkannya dengan persepsi adanya kemudahan untuk melakukannya yang di dukung oleh kemampuan yang dimiliki serta dukungan dari orang sekitar, maka dari situlah niat seseorang untuk melakukannya seuatu akan semakin tinggi. Sebagai civitas akademik, Pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta harus memiliki intensi yang kuat untuk menghasilkan calon pendidik yang berkualitas, salah satunya dengan kemampuan dasar literasi ekonomi yang di mediasi oleh Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar(PKM) terhadap intensi menjadi guru pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi 2020 Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang telah melaksanakan perkuliahan hingga semester tujuh dan telah lulus mata kuliah PKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 80 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi 2020, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan path analysis atau analisis jalur. Hasil analisis jalur pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 1) Literasi ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi menjadi guru dengan nilai koefisien 0,524 dan Thitung sebesar 4,402 dengan signifikansi 0,000 atau < 0,05. 2) Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi menjadi guru dengan nilai koefisien 0,058 dan Thitung sebesar 4,484 dengan signifikansi 0,006 atau <0,05. 3) Literasi ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) dengan nilai koefisien 0,555 dan Thitung sebesar 5,897 dengan signifikansi 0,000 atau < 0,05. 4) Literasi ekonomi melalui Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi menjadi guru yang didapat dari perhitungan uji sobel dengan p-value sebesar 0.00027976 yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai Zhitung sebesar 3.63335675 atau > 1,96. Dilihat pada R-Square yaitu sebesar 0,245 atau 24,5% artinya bahwa variabel literasi ekonomi dan Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar (PKM) memiliki pengaruh pada intensi menjadi guru sebesar 24,5%. ***** Intention is a person's inner intention which is based on attitudes and subjective norms regarding behavior to achieve a desired goal with the perception that it is easy to do it which is supported by the abilities they have and support from people around them, so that is where a person's intention to do something will come from. the higher it is. As an academic community, Jakarta State University economics education must have a strong intention to produce qualified prospective educators, one of which is with basic economic literacy skills mediated by Teaching Skills Practices (PKM). This research aims to determine the influence of economic literacy and Teaching Skills Practices (PKM) on the intention to become a teacher of 2020 Economic Education Students at Jakarta State University who have studied up to the seventh semester and have passed the PKM course. The method used was quantitative by distributing questionnaires and using a saturated sampling technique to 80 2020 Economic Education students, then the data was analyzed using path analysis.The results of the path analysis in this research state that 1) Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on the intention to become a teacher with a coefficient value of 0.524 and a T count of 4.402 with a significance of 0.000 or <0.05. 2) Teaching Skills Practice (PKM) has a positive and significant effect on intentions to become a teacher with a coefficient value of 0.058 and a Tcount of 4.484 with a significance of 0.006 or <0.05. 3) Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on Teaching Skills Practices (PKM) with a coefficient value of 0.555 and a Tcount of 5.897 with a significance of 0.000 or <0.05. 4) Economic literacy through Teaching Skills Practices (PKM) has a positive and significant effect on the intention to become a teacher which is obtained from the Sobel test calculation with a p-value of 0.00027976, which means <0.05 and a Zcount value of 3.63335675 or > 1.96. Looking at the R-Square, it is 0.245 or 24.5%, meaning that the variables economic literacy and Teaching Skills Practices (PKM) have an influence on the intention to become a teacher by 24.5%
