Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini ditujukkan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa video motion graphic pada materi General Guidance To Riot, Bombing, dan Fire yang berjumlah 11 video untuk karyawan PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Pengembangan video motion graphic ini menggunakan model pengembangan Rapid Prototyping. Model ini terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan & analisis konten, menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, membuat prototipe produk, uji coba prototipe, dan instalasi produk. Hasil pengembangan berupa produk motion graphic yang dipasang dalam LMS Smartfren yaitu Sobat Pintar. Teknik evaluasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan evaluasi formatif dengan menggunakan skala likert, dengan melibatkan ahli (expert review) yaitu ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media, serta pengguna yaitu karyawan PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Hasil expert review dari ahli materi memperoleh skor 4,95 (sangat baik), ahli desain pembelajaran memperoleh skor 4,94 (sangat baik), dan ahli media memperoleh skor 4,67 (sangat baik). Hasil evaluasi pengguna secara one to one memperoleh skor 4,80 (sangat baik), small group memperoleh skor 4,81 (sangat baik), dan field test memperoleh skor 4,84 (sangat baik) Hasil dari evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa produk video motion graphic sudah sesuai dengan berbagai aspek yang terdapat dalam instrumen evaluasi formatif sehingga disimpulkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi General Guidance To Riot, Bombing, dan Fire. ***** This development research is aimed at producing products in the form of motion graphic videos on General Guidance To Riot, Bombing, and Fire material totaling 11 videos for employees of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. The development of this motion graphic video uses the Rapid Prototyping development model. This model consists of five stages, namely needs analysis & content analysis, determining learning objectives, making product prototypes, prototype trials, and product installation. The development results are in the form of motion graphic products installed in the Smartfren LMS, namely Sobat Pintar. The evaluation technique in this study uses formative evaluation using a Likert scale, involving experts (expert review), namely material experts, learning design experts, and media experts, as well as users, namely employees of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. The results of expert review from material experts obtained a score of 4.95 (very good), learning design experts obtained a score of 4.94 (very good), and media experts obtained a score of 4.67 (very good). The results of the one-to-one user evaluation scored 4.80 (very good), the small group scored 4.81 (very good), and the field test scored 4.84 (very good). The results of the formative evaluation show that the motion graphic video product is in accordance with the various aspects contained in the formative evaluation instrument so that it is concluded that it is suitable for use as learning media on General Guidance To Riot, Bombing, and Fire material.
