Abstract

Pendidikan tasawuf,fokus pada penyucian jiwa dan pengembangan akhlak,bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengontrol perilaku, kognitif, dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tasawuf memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta melalui beberapa aspek. Pertama, Kontrol Perilaku: Pembelajaran tasawuf berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kontrol perilaku mahasiswa melalui praktik spiritual seperti dzikir, membaca Al-Quran, berwudhu,berkhalwat, dan puasa. Praktik-praktik ini membantu mahasiswa dalam mengendalikan emosi, mengelola hawa nafsu, dan memprioritaskan nilai-nilai spiritual, yang berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan mental, emosional, dan spiritual mereka. Kedua, Kontrol Kognitif: Tasawuf meningkatkan kontrol kognitif mahasiswa dengan memperbaiki fokus dan konsentrasi melalui latihan spiritual seperti riyadhoh dan muraqabah. Pemahaman tentang tawakkal dan qanaah mengurangi kecemasan, sementara sikap syukur dan introspeksi (muhasabah) membantu mahasiswa dalam memperbaiki diri dan mempertahankan prinsip moral serta etika. Ketiga, Kontrol Keputusan: Pembelajaran tasawuf memfasilitasi kontrol keputusan yang baik dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan akal,kesadaran spiritual, dan istikharah. Prinsip tawakkal dan dzikir membantu menenangkan pikiran dan mempermudah pengambilan keputusan yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai spiritual dan etika. Kesimpulannya, Secara keseluruhan, integrasi prinsip-prinsip tasawuf dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam membentuk mereka menjadi individu yang lebih bijaksana, bertanggung jawab, dan berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai moral dan etika, sesuai dengan kualitas kontrol diri yang efektif dan proporsional menurut teori Block dan Block. Kata kunci : Pembelajaran Tasawuf, Kontrol Diri dan Mahasiswa ***** Sufism education, which focuses on purifying the soul and developing morals, aims to improve students' ability to control behavior, cognition, and decision-making. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The research results show that learning Sufism makes a significant contribution to increasing the self-control of Islamic Religious Education students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, through several aspects. First, Behavioral Control: Sufism learning plays an important role in increasing students' behavioral control through spiritual practices such as dhikr, reading the Koran, performing ablution, seclusion, and fasting. These practices help students control emotions, manage desires, and prioritize spiritual values, which contribute to their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Second, Cognitive Control: Sufism increases students' cognitive control by improving focus and concentration through spiritual practices such as riyadhoh and muraqabah. An understanding of tawakkal and qanaah reduces anxiety, while an attitude of gratitude and introspection (muhasabah) helps students improve themselves and maintain moral and ethical principles. Third, Decision Control: Sufism learning facilitates good decision control by integrating the use of reason, spiritual awareness, and istikharah. The principles of tawakkal and dhikr help calm the mind and make it easier to make decisions that are in line with spiritual and ethical values. In conclusion, overall, the integration of Sufism principles in the daily lives of Islamic Religious Education Study Program students shapes them into individuals who are wiser, more responsible, and adhere to moral and ethical values, in accordance with the quality of effective self-control and proportional according to Block and Block theory.
