Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pelatihan untuk peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa Negeri 3 Jakarta. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi konteks, input, proses, produk dan hasil dari pelatihan yang sudah berlangsung. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif evaluatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru sekolah dasar yang mengikuti program pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa progam pelatihan memberikan dampak yang baik dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru. Guru semakin menerapkan kreatifitas dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru mampu menerapkan metode dan kombinasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kemampuan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulan bahwa program pelatihan guru memberikan dampak jika dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, dimonitoring dan dievaluasi secara berkala. Rekomendasi penelitian ini perlunya pengembangan program pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur dan dapat dijadikan menjadi model pelatihan di masa mendatang. ***** This research aims to evaluate the implementation of a training program that seeks to enhance the professional competence of primary school teachers in SD LB Negeri 3 Jakarta. The main focus of this research is to evaluate the context, input, process, product, and results of ongoing training. The research methodology used is an evaluative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research subjects include the school principal and elementary school teachers who participated in the training program. The research findings indicate that the training program has yielded positive outcomes in increasing teachers' professional competence. Teachers are increasingly demonstrating creativity and skills that are tailored to students' needs. Teachers can use learning methods and combinations relevant to students' abilities. In conclusion, this research suggests that sustained, monitored, and regularly evaluated teacher training programs have a meaningful impact. The research recommends the development of a more structured training program that can serve as a model for future training.
