Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kesiapan Operator Forklift dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kelancaran Bongkar Muat Petikemas di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (Studi Kasus Kapal di Bawah Manajemen PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel tersebut secara parsial dan secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas operasional PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional yang berjumlah 35 orang dan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel sensus dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji prasyarat normalitas, homogenitas, dan linearitas. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara parsial kesiapan operator forklift memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelancaran bongkar muat dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima. Serta berdasarkan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,487 > 2,035) , dan komunikasi iternal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelancaran bongkar muat dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, berdasarkan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,322 > 2,035) maka Ha diterima. Secara simultan (bersama-sama) kesiapan operator forklift dan komunikasi internal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelancaran bongkar muat dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 49,012 sedangkan untuk Ftabel yaitu sebesar 3,29, sehingga nilai Fhitung (49,012) > Ftabel (3,29) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima. ***** This research is entitled Forklift Operator Readiness and Internal Communication on the Smooth Loading and Unloading of Containers at Tanjung Priok Port (Case Study of Ships Under the Management of PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional). This research aims to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence from these variables partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all operational officers of PT. The National Bookie Facility consists of 35 people and uses a census sampling technique where the entire population is used as a research sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the prerequisite tests of normality, homogeneity and linearity. The research results state that partially the readiness of the forklift operator has a significant influence on the smoothness of loading and unloading with a Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted. And based on the value of tcount > ttable (3.487 > 2.035), and internal communication has a significant influence on the smoothness of loading and unloading with a value of Sig. equal to 0.002 < 0.05, based on the value of tcount > ttable (3.322 > 2.035) then Ha is accepted. Simultaneously (together) the readiness of the forklift operator and internal communication have a significant influence on the smoothness of loading and unloading with a value of Fcount of 49.012 while for Ftable it is 3.29, so that the value of Fcount (49.012) > Ftable (3.29) with a value significance 0.000 < 0.05 then Ha is accepted.
